As part of the management of Nusantara Investments B.V. in The Netherlands, which manages the Board of the Mining Company in Oman and Macedonia, PT Lajorezky Prima Mandiri is also involved in marble mining activities.

In addition, PT Lajorezky Prima Mandiri also has connections with a group of companies overseas, of which Sofyan Markarma, as the Managing Director of the company, later incorporated a venture capital company in the Netherlands, namely Nusantara Investments B.V., and a real estate export-import company: Demex Diş Ticaret Limited Şirketi in Turkey.

PT Lajorezky Prima Mandiri and other companies exist, are aggressive, and actively follow and align with everything Sofyan Markarma does in business, investments, and operations in Indonesia and overseas.

Sofyan Markarma is also incorporating a Venture Capital Company in the Netherlands: Nusantara Investments B.V. The offices are in Amsterdam and Den Bosch, and he is also incorporating a Real Estate and Commodity Export-Import Company in Istanbul, Turkey: Demex Diş Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

The investments have been made by Nusantara Investments B.V in several projects all around the world, such as Blockchain tech companies in New York and California, a healthcare company for oxygen therapy in Zurich, Switzerland and Stuttgart, Germany, a marble mining company in Oman-Macedonia under the same group of companies, a betting company in Brazil, and also in an advanced waste gas treatment company in Canada that has reliable technology for drones in military defense.

To put it into perspective, Sofyan Markarma, busy in the investment world, started around the year 2011 with some investment projects in energy, including a power plant and, in agriculture, palm oil plantations.

Sofyan Markarma has been part of the management team of the Palm Oil Plantation group of companies from Singapore-Malaysia since mid-2012 under Advance Holdings Singapore in a venture with Goldenland Sdn Bhd Malaysia, managing 122,500 hectares of palm oil permits in Indonesia.

PT Lajorezky Prima Mandiri has been set up to manage mining activities since its inception in 2013 in Kendari, Sulawesi. It later took an official step and was incorporated in 2021, taking over the previously unofficial management. It also held office in Jakarta and became a member of the shareholder management of local Indonesia Venture Capital: PT Nusantara Modal Ventura, which has its office in Sampoerna Strategic Square, Jakarta.
